Barely Barley Flour is a low net carb, keto friendly, high protein, eco-friendly flour with a slightly nutty flavor that's perfect for your nutrition goals. It is different from barley, rye, and wheat flour due to the brewing process which removes carbs. And don't worry, all the alcohol ends up in your beer and not in our flour.
KETO FRIENDLY: Only 3g of net carbs per serving. Our flour is approved by ADA dietitians for pre-diabetics and diabetics. Can be used as a partial or full replacement for oat fiber.
