Keto-Friendly Brownies

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup Barely Barley Low Carb Flour

4 eggs
-
1 cup equivalent sugar substitute (we Truvia Baking Blend, but any sugar substitute will work!)

1 cup equivalent brown sugar substitute (we Swerve Brown Sweetener, but any brown sugar substitute will work!)

8 tablespoons butter, melted

1-1/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS

Preheat over to 300 deg F.

Grease one 8” square pan. Do so with either butter or non-stick spray.

In a mixing bowl, beat eggs until fluffy.

While continuing to mix, add both sugars/sweeteners. Then add all of ingredients one at a time (Barely Barley Low Carb Flour, butter, cocoa, vanilla, and salt).

Once the over is done pre-heating, bake the brownies for 45 minutes (or until a toothpick can be poked into the brownies and come out dry).

Take the brownies out of the over and let cool. Serve and enjoy!
